3. Formatting of the translated text to ensure it maximally matches the original document: alignment, selection of fonts, colour marking, insertion of graphics and tables, translation of contracts in two columns and other necessary processing of the translated text.
   (The cost of services with complex page layout (scanning, diagrams, charts) is to be specified individually and may add 20–50% to the price.)
4. After the text is translated and edited the program calculates the number of characters to determine the cost of translation
